Lasting change requires both action today and sustained effort to shift the conditions that create inequality. Our work is organised around two complementary tracks.
Immediate Action (Track 1)
We support targeted, community-led initiatives that respond to urgent needs and strengthen resilience. These efforts are grounded in local knowledge and designed to address real, everyday challenges.
Systems & Structural Change (Track 2)
We contribute to addressing root causes by engaging with policies, institutions, power dynamics, and social norms that sustain inequality, injustice, and environmental harm. Through collaboration, learning, and influence, we help create conditions for more inclusive and just systems.
Together, these two tracks allow us to catalyse meaningful, long-term transformation.
